Damn this guy looks like he worked hard, props to him.

My cousin is into this whole bodybuilding scene, but i find it too time consuming and just lift 3-4 times a week, after work. I can eat plenty of protein for a couple of weeks and then i get sick, plus the shakes give me mad gas.

Either way this sport take dedication and persistance.

I just love the pump i get after i lift, does anyone esle lift?

This is the first time I have seen a Somali with that kind of body, I mean I have seen Somalis in the gym but not something like that, that is over the top, this guy could be a row model since he went where no other Somali man want before.

yeah the fella is ripped to shreds. Takes too much time and effort, but mad props for the dedication.
