Re: Looking For A Health Insurance Plan!
Great! At first I would like to say that you should know everything about before taking any such plan. You should think that how much premium you could afford. Many a times you are offered benefits that you will probably never use. Get more information at healthinsurance-com.com. It provides health insurance plans and news. You can see many topics related to health insurance by experts. Hope this help you. Best of luck!

Re: Looking For A Health Insurance Plan!
Well, I voluntarily gave up my health insurance last year. It was costing me over $1200/mo., even with 4 children, we didn't even come close to using it. I decided to take the $$ in my pay rather than med ins. and pray that all went well. It's been over a year & a half & we pay as needed at the dr. Which, we rarely go to. The kids get the physical's every year, they NEVER have a sick visit, rarely, and my hubby & I NEVER go either, so we felt it was wasted $$. I have found that just about every dr. we have seen gives us a discount on service if we pay cash, and the rates aren't as high as if we had ins. I had saved $ in HSA, that we've been using for this whole time. It's too bad something doesn't get done w/the healthcare system, its so crazy. Anyway, we are doing this temporarily until one of us can get w/a good co. who offers med ins....it's been great so far, and we are in control of what we are spending, unless of course there is an "unforseen" big issue. Oh yea, and here at our hospital if you go in w/no ins. they automatically cut 50% off the bill!!!

Re: Looking For A Health Insurance Plan!
Depends on a lot of things (and I realize it can be confusing):
Do you need full medical coverage (doctors, Rx, and hospitalization)?
Do you want a co-pay or a deductible?
Is the coverage for just you, or do you have dependents?
How much can you afford in premiums?
Do you currently (or your dependents) have medical issues, or are you/dependents basically healthy?
Are you retired, self-employed, or is it that your employer does not offer healthy ins?
