So I finally got around to seeing this movie. It was pretty good but not what I expected.

Opinions?

Movies like that should be confiscated from every Somali household. Whats the point in having our young Faaraxs aspire to smack themselves, scream and jump around like monkeys? Whats the point of having our Xalimos aspire to get with felons who can dance?

You are right. It would be oh so horrible if a young Somali man aspired to clean up his act, get an honest job, Go to college, join a prestigious fraternity, get good grades, and fall in love with a nice girl with a good head on her shoulders.

I mean with that kind of money they could have made a good movie about COUNTLESS honorable African American inspiring people . I def did not identify with it.
