It is indeed wrong of Somali media to not bring this to light. Has it to do with our culture of fealing ashamed to be raped? Still it is wrong, the poor women need to be heard. Indeed, the ugly face of occupation with its full raping/looting/killing package.

This story doesn’t pass the smell test. There is no single UN agency that is based in Somalia or Mogadishu for that matter. There is no proof Ethiopian soldiers are raping woman in Mogadishu. These concocted stories are information gathered from refugees leaving Mogadishu interviewed by uninformed UN agencies based in Kenya.

Every Ethiopian unit going about operations inside the city is accompanied by Somali soldiers in order to avoid such disinformation from the terrorists.
