I agree with you on the basis that AY does not fall under the categorey of a leader you cannot rebel against. The criterions to be a legitimate ruler are three: You take control by force, the Ummah choses you (Shura) and I forgot the third but I know AY doesn't fit the criterion. That being said what do you think about the people whos say he's a Kaffir?

Muse Sudi, Abdi Qeybdiid, Mohamed Dhere, Mohamed Qanyare, Omar Finnish, Hussein Aideed need to be place back in Xamar given their isbaaros back and allowed to rule. Rebelling against them is haraam and they need to be re-instated and people must support them. Pay the mooryaan the money for the isbaaro don't complain when they get killed.

Whats wrong with these people who no nothing about religion and were rebelling against these lovely leaders.

A/Yusuf maybe many things, but I disagree with anyone who calls him an infidel or a murtad, that is "Ilm al-ghaib" and we are not qualified to accuse others of such grave crimes.

As for Muslims to rebel against him, Yes it is permitted to do so because his rule is against Shari'ah (which is the only permitted form of governance according to the Qur'an) and also because he was brought to a Muslim land by a Kaffir army!
