I Hit a Brick Wall Today:
two very obvious things are true, and whoever said it was right, 1. No Idea is original and 2. Great minds think alike. but it's difficult to explain the feeling you get when you work on something so hard for so long only to discover that someone barely beat you to it. perseverance is a b!tch, but victory shall be mine!
Re: I Hit a Brick Wall Today:

Re: I Hit a Brick Wall Today:
GB, I think Hilliard.
Btw, I think Dublin is a little more urban.

Re: I Hit a Brick Wall Today:
Columbus is a little depressing though....I went to Easton a couple times to get away.
I mean 10 miles up 95 North and I'm in DC....there's no escaping Columbus.....except maybe a late night @ Gypsy.

I can't imagine leaving sunny Atlanta for the North again, just remembering those brutal snow storms in upstate NY send shivers up my spine.
Haven't seen snow since 2000.

How do you put up with the traffic there? Driving in Atlanta is a punishment.

^Dirrrrty South!
What I do miss about the North is the civility of Northerners, Southern folk are too damn rude. And the bloody segregation, all the suburbs are white while counties around the city itself are mostly black.
Qansa,
Yh, traffic is brutal, between 7 AM-10 AM, its a nightmare to get to anywhere. Good thing my work is about 5 miles from my house.

The only thing I hate in Atlanta are the crunk, gansta grill wannabe Somalis. You know Somalis are already the most impressionable simpletons out there, but the crunk capitol of the world has a disasterous effect. I once played in a basketball tournament in Clarkston down there and the grills, tatoos, cornrows etc. along with the Ciara wannabe Somali girls turned me off
Laakin the funny thing is they also have the most extreme wadaads.

Sadeboi,
DC is about 15 minutes max from GB without traffic. With traffic its a different story. But you can still get there around that time riding the train.

sadeboi,
Here's Mapquest time estimate from my house to the White House:
Total Est. Time: 15 minutes Total Est. Distance: 8.74 miles
As for Gypsy, I did go there when I was bored to death but I didn't do shiisha, just got some shaah but I have had shiisha on prior trips, there's a soccer sports club near my house I do shiisha occasionally, but it's not my cup of tea.
There is a Ogaden Sijui guy who runs it with his sisters....he has a couple spots I think.
