The tradition is finally back and well needed money is coming in .
We are talking millions of dollars ....

Also Pentagon has allied with people from the Bush administration against the State department's adamant view of only recognising Somaliland when AU leads.
Pentagon is really serious first the 500 million euro project was released from EU and now more money coming in from Pentagon suddenly (!)
