Washington that has failed in its agenda concerning Somalia or the Somali people that have foiled these Western/Ethiopian plans of installing their puppet regime in Somalia?

Surely, Somalis are independent minded and stubborn when it comes to choosing their own future and way of life.

No, I don't get that whole bleaching thing. I think black chicks are f-king hot. Here in thailand chicks do it to. They don't seem to understand that white guys love dark chicks.
