Will you DIVORCE if your wife becomes OBESE?

Among somali women there is a trend to become obese, may be very obese these days. A disturbing trend, but it is reality. Which ever web site that post a somali woman, she is either chubby or extremely obese.

We all know fat women are unattractive. Recently, I came across these photos posted on Hiiraan.

What would you do?......

I think I would warn her to lose weight, and if she does not comply, I give her divorce.

It is not funny !

My wife to be is a stick figure. She will need the meat so her bones can stop rubbing against each other and making that creaking noise but not too much.

Walaal thanks for the advice...I shouldn't be saying any negative thing about our sisters...But I am a human just like the rest of you and I tend to err.!!!

One thing is for sure, those who collect welfare and do nothing are more likely to become obese than those hard working Halimos...

Back home where food was scarce it was a sign of wealth for a women to be fat...That was the era of our grandmothers but not anymore walaal...For the sake of their health it is better to lose weight not for the sake of a man etc...

But thanks again...Waa inaan is qabanaa markaan qaldano...

cabsiiye, what kind of arab is she? I know two somalis that are married to yemeni women and their wives are fat, short and just plain ugly because they have no neck. at least somali girls are mostly tall or have decent height.

What is two kids? If a girl is married at the age of 17-18 by the time she is 20yrs old she has two kids...Why would she become fat?

BTW childbearing has nothing to do with obesity..It is the food they swallow.. Haven't you heard about the proverb "Cunto buuran halkay gashaana buuran"? Or "you are what you eat?"
