I was speaking to a someguy who just came from Virginia and he was like for about $600, you can rent a 3 bedroom house or apartment etc.....

In seattle and Sandiego

2 bedroom, 1 & .5 bathroom is about $1,000

1 bedroom, 1 bathroom is about $600

so in your area how much would a 2 bedroom, 2 or 1 bathroom cost me a month?

Qansa,

what do you mean by 'You live in a condo' ? Honestly, I don't even know the real difference btwn condo & apt.

But you're right Manhattan, Boston are some of the cities that have more expensive real estate markets than us.

Advo, it would be about $1200 a month around here

but on the plus side is gas down the street would be the cheapest in the tri-metro area

Not sure what rent is like here in H-Town because I own my house. I think Razz is right, but what I can tell you is that the area where I bought my house.... real estate is very expensive.

Razzberry lives in Dallas. I live in Houston. Dallas is significantly cheaper depending on what area (county) you live in.
