If you had something to do, either revision/essay or something for work and you can't do it during the day...what helps you stay awake?

Laud music and coffee not working....

anything else...

Bright lights, washing face every 10 minutes with cold water, not thinking about sleep.

+chili,

There is something called NoDoze...I don't know if you have it in the UK.

But if you take it you will stay up but obviously if you're not fresh & alert the quality of your work suffers.

Coca Cola energy drinks. If I can't stay awake and I have something that is due the next day, I stay awake by telling myself, you can sleep all you want when you are done but for now don't even think about sleep. But honestly I never had any problems stay awake at night, I have problems staying awake in the afternoon in lectures. lol

K-Thanks-Trying the lights, we have them weird save the energy, they dull.
washing face is associated with prayer, & its followed by sleep.

Nothing thinking about sleep!

Gifted, nothing interesting at all!

Kampuil, would love too, plus its cold!

Qansa, I agree lectures is when I have some of my best naps, Cocacola and all the coffee stuff is not working, my body has formed a resistence mec. to it lol

yeah it's the caffeine pill...When I used to try it in uni if I was already tired it would keep me awake but I couldn't think critically....I could read & stuff but not do things like mathematics that requires a lot of concentration.
