His respond was very clever! Why should he justify a dumb question, like "Are you Muslim?", with AN ACTUAL response?!?!

And instead of selectively reading through his response, why don't you read the whole thing in its entirety and then maybe you'd understand why he made that comment!

I find level of 'fakeness' of most members on this forum to be quite hilarious. Take you for example: one second you're a qabil supremacist and the next you're a born-again wadaad. Get real buddy! I never hold back from my opinions, so there's no "closet" that I need to come out of, but one thing's for sure, you need to get your head checked. Posh, stop speaking in tongues. If someone responds "4th century laws do not apply to us" after the Sharia is mentioned as a the way out for Somalia, I think to everyone there is no mistake in what the person is saying.

Posh, walaale, I'm a shameless, diehard qabiliste. However me being qabiliste DOES NOT take me out of the Religion. However making certain statements DOES take you out of the Religion. Nobody here said Twisted is a kaffir as we're not knowledgable enough to say who is, however those statements are unacceptable, and if the person means it and says it then its riddah 'apostasy' without a doubt. "Not being a wadaad" does not give you liscence to leave the fold of Islam. If you do the following you have committed Kuffr according to the scholars and the the Quran/Sunnah

1) If you sincerely believe that manmade law is better and more fit then the rule of Allah swt.

Luq, I didn't say man-made laws were better than the guidelines/rules set down by God, but yelling and screaming that we need to implement Sharia Law, without understanding exactly what that means, is what pisses me off. NoAngst put it best when he said, "to institute Sharia Law it would have to be interpreted. Who has the authority to legislate specific set of Sharia Laws for Somalia? Furthermore, Sharia Law evolved over time to deal with the various issues facing muslims... which time period should be adopted as a model which should be ignored?", and, honestly, I'd rather be ruled by faulty man-made laws than misinterpreted "holy" laws. Who's talking about the political views of NoAngst or Twisted? NoAngst and I don't share the same views on politics, but that doesn't stop me from agreeing with him on this particular issue.
