he is raila he is luo the most likely president 4 kenya.
he will allow dual citizenship as well as transforming the nation into a federal form.

federalism has both positive and negative aspects 4 somalis.

this will enable them to develop their marginalsied regions.

negative is in the future it may turn into bantusstans that will hinder somalis from working in other regions.

With almost half of votes counted Kibaki is leading 5% it seems five more years for Kikuuyu Atareere atareere nagweega
