There's nothing stupid about that question. In all the reports I've seen there was no mention of how many other people were killed.

If a suicide bomb goes off in Karbala or Kabul they have a death toll listing the number of people dead.

This wasn't just a normal assassination, it was 3 shots followed by a suicide bomb IN A CROWDED MOB.

It is a perfectly logical question to ask what the death toll is from the ensuing suicide bomb.
