The Bucket List
Just saw the movie The Bucket list. Its about two men (Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman) who meet in hospital where they have been given less than a year to live because of cancer. They bond, create the "kick-the-bucket" list of ten things to do before dying, and then do them. I left the movie feeling somber thinking about life, life's lessons, friendship, humanity and the thought of time left in me before I too kick the bucket. Its very well done movie; and the dialogue is wonderful.
I gave it 8.5 out of 10.

8.5 out of 10? Man, your standards or aesthetics are low. I mean, I have read reviews of the movie, and the best it scored was 1 star (out of 4).

Saracen,
I nearly liked everything about The Bucket List....I thought it was uplifting and heartwarming and it had a good wholesome storyline. I guess many critics may feel it is too repetitious and predictable to other movies in the past, but I never see a movie because film pundit liked it or gave good reviews.

This isn't about critics; it's about movie reviewers. The best movie reviewer scored it 1 star.

Aliyah,
Sometimes supporting roles are more memorable than starting roles. These two movies were great supporting roles for him; his fine acting skills and his good charisma was, I think, what made both movies great and memorable.
