(1) Increase Food Production:

To promote, direct, and assist the efforts of Southern Mudug's farmers to attain a high level of diversified food production to supply the needs of the Territory's residents for fresh, good quality, and low-cost food products, thus reducing the Territory's dependence on imported foods. We can begin this necessary development by processing our own traditional foods not only for our local market but for markets overseas where large communities of Southern Mudug and others exist, such as Washington, London, Roma, and Middile east.


(2) Make health care free and available to everyone

To effectively and efficiently deploy available public health human and material resources to promote physical and mental health and prevent disease, injury, and disability in Southern Mudug

Prevent epidemics and the spread of disease Protect against environmental hazards Prevent injuries Promote and encourage healthy behavior Respond to disasters and assist communities in recovery Assure the quality and accessibility of essential primary health services, including the provision of community health services when needed

(3) Ensure that all children are made to attend the state's national educational programmes widely accessible and free for any child

(4) Promote the economic development of GM state by attracting investors that can play a part in the development in the state

(5) Ensure the development of key government and industrial sector buildings and the development of the stragetically important Hobyo port.

(6) Tighten the state's security by deploying more police force's to key sections of the state.

(7) Ensure that GM defense forces are bulked up to reasonable standards for the protection of the state.

How come you are not preperating to annex Dhabayaco army thats roaming in Galkayo? I will be happy to see Gal-mudug state take care of these traitors

Why are you letting Somaliland fight for your battles? What happened to great Sacad that once chased Dhabayaco all the way to Yemen shores? Somaliland wont' bother coming to Galkayo. Sacads need to fight and kick the Dabayaco out of Galkayo. Walaahi Sacad scary from Majeerteen which is shame

So far we do not have such a policy and it seems like headquarters has no intention of drafting such proposals.

Look, we have been highly experienced in the arena of war, since the 90s, we fought in countless and endless battles all over somalia, i guess now we have learned a very important lesson, that is never get involved in conflicts unless u have too.

Are economic development is our priority and we no longer wish to waste the precious life's of our citizens in useless wars.

We don't have to get involved in a conflict with Puntland as the Mjs are no threat to us, we would only act if Puntland happens to collapse were we would have to ensure the peace and stability of Galkayo by taking over the northern part of the city.

All we want with somaliland to to ensure that they take full control of the dhulbaante and warsengalis, this would ensure that the Mjs are isolated, and thats all we want.

Bruv, we made a peace treaty with these Mjs and they have not broken it and we sacad's are not a people to dishonour our word.

Plus i don't think that it would be in our interest to fight with these Mjs, it could destroy the positive gains we have made over the last few years.

Once the war spark starts it would be difficult to stop it.

We want a strong viable state that provides essential services to its people, basically we want our citizens to have the highest living standards in the Horn.

We wana create job opportunities for our people and let them have enjoyable lives.
