Really it does depend on the situation. Infact its funny you mentioned this. On the way to work today I heard about a Man who's 9 year old Daughter was sexually assulted by his 18 year old stepson. The Police were called and the Son was sent to Jail. His Mother bailed him out and the Father of the girl, his Stepfather picked him up from the jail. The Father than took the 18 year old in a abandoned house, beat the shid out of him, and then sodomized him with a crownbar, wrench and other metal tools. He then turned himself in. An Eye for an Eye I guess.
