hmmm I dont know, I think it's got to do with maturity,the sense of maturity differs from urban to rural societies. Any person who is getting married should reach a stage of psychological, emotional and physical maturity, to be up to the responsibilities of family and children. Most important in this stage of maturity is wisdom.

I think its down to education..... these days every1 wants to go to uni and complete their degree!

but the problem is most of them dnt reach uni until 20.....
