I know the area!! very well

Balbala is a suburbia and on the outskirt of djibouti-ville (djibouti-city).
balbala was mainly inhabitated by the poor people up untill 1999.
It is an up coming area and one of the hot favourites for new professional.

I believe your friend story does not hold any ground.

People do not kidnap anyone in djibouti ( and it is unheard of).

However !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Djibouti port, areoport and much more business has been privatised and managed by dubia consortium.
As you know how the dubaian works.
Maybe your friend has been recruited by dubai.
signed some sort of a contract to complete a set of work.
And as per normal procedure withold his passport.

His not a prisoner !!!!!!!

Even you get me his name and what company he does work for, I will give you information about
the man within 72 hours (inchallah).

Man always arguing and pessimistic.

I live in the UK and not france.
The reason is, we are well connected and we know each other as natives of djibouti.

And i migth be able to help (maybe).
If i can't then i will tell him...

Biko, you know all the new staff employed by dubai lives in (citee hodan in balbala) and I believe most of them are employed by boreh.

I got connection in there, hence my willingness to help.

Hey biko ceebtadaa!!!!

You haven't been to djibouti for a long time?

If so, wallahee you cannot believe what it is happening.
let alone balbala there is PK12 now.
At least get google earth and see balbala, you will be amazed.

And for citee hodan, you need to earn about 200 000 Fdj or about $1500 per month at least to afford it.

That is how up market citee hodan.
cite hodan= it situated at the old farahad hill when you pass the old balbala.
