I want to advise my brothers and sisters on this forum about something very important that will affect you in this life and hereafter. The prophet in a Hadith said that the religion is giving sincere advise. The prophet repeat it three times. As you all know, we will all die and we will be questioned in the grave and the day Qiyamah. I have seen many of my somalis brothers and sisters that this life is very sweet and desirable for them. The prophet said in an authentic hadith that every thing in this life is cursed except the remembrance of Allah. As all the prophets warned their people of a great day where there will be many dark faces and many bright faces, I also warn you of this day. We must be prepared for this day as we prepare for travel.

The only way we can prepare for this day is by seeking knowledge and acting upon this knowledge. We must know the rights of Allah upon us and also the rights we have with our Lord. We must learn the Tawheed(unity) of our Lord and also learn what goes against it. We must learn about path which the prophet laid for us and also we must learn what goes against this path.

The prophet draw a line in the said and said this is the straight path and then he draw other lines that left the straight path and said that every path that leaves this path is headed by Shaytan. Brothers and Sisters we must give effort in learning our religion and also follow the straight path which the prophet told us about. What is this straight path?This straight path is following the Book of Allah and the sunnah of his Messenger and understanding the religion as the companions understood it.

We must beware of the other paths the deviate from this straight path. We have today many people and groups calling to different paths. As our prophet told us that his ummah will divided into 73 groups and all in the hell-fire except one. He described this one group as following his way(sunnah) and the way of his companions. All these groups have deviate from the straight path because of their innovation in the religion. That is why the prophet told us to bite his sunnah with our molar teeth, the strong part of our mouth. Every muslims must know that there can be no other path to follow except the path the prophet paved for us. There can be no Tabligh, Sufi, Al-itixaad, Ikhwaani, shi'a, Quraani, Qutubi, Suroori,etc. There is only one path that takes us to success which is the path the prophet and his companions were on. That is why the people that follow way of the Salaf(the first three generations of Islam) are the only saved group. Because they follow the book and sunnah of the messenger with the understanding of the salaf.

So remember the Path that leads to Allah is not many but One. Also know that the Messenger said in an authentic Hadith he told his companions that who ever lives long after me will see many differing(in the religion) and told his companions that the only way to be save from this fitnah is to grab hold onto his Sunnah and bite it with your molar teeth.

So my advise is to seek knowledge and stay away from all these groups and stick to the sunnah and the way of the salaf. Jazahallah Kheir.

Jazahallah for reading. This is a serious issue for every muslims to know. You can't be ignorant on this issue. The issue of what path a muslim should follow is very important. This is a matter going to hell-fire or being saved from it. As you all are witnesses to all these different paths that people are calling to. You see the tablighs who call you to Khurooj and you have the sufis who call you to grave worship and you have the ikhwaanis/Al-Itixaad who call people to suicide bombings and the killings of the innocent. So we as muslims can't just say well its ok to follow these groups because all of them have good. These groups wallahi will lead us to the Hell-Fire. The only way we can be saved is by knowing the correct path which I mentioned early and sticking to it and also knowing the other paths because of fear of falling into it. So Jazahallah for reading.
