TRENTON, N.J. - Paternity doesn't count when it comes to a Hunterdon County man's bid to lower child support payments for a child that's not his.
An appeals court upheld a lower court which denied the man's request in 2006 after he said he discovered he was not the father of the 10-year-old girl.
The appeals panel found the judge put the best interest of the child first.

AW,
The mother always knows who the father of her child is. He should take the mother to court and she should be ordered to reveal who the father is, then she should pay him back all the payments with interest.

His first trip should be to the Hospital for a STD test.
The second trip to the HomeBoyz to arrange someone to f*ck her up until she fesses up and provides the name & $$

I approve of the court's final judgement. He has been raising this girl ever since she was born. She was like her real daughter to him until he discovered that he wasn't the real father, so how can you then betray and abandon this innocent child for a crime that is not hers. He must support her like she was his real daughter. Putting the interest of the child above him is the best judgement.
