How difficult is it to get a British visa in America when you just have Green Card and Traveling Documents?

Depends, its alot easy when ur a student, just walk in the nearest consulate if ur city has one and give them a copy of ur bank statement and something tht verifies if ur in school, my cousin did that once we were heading to there.

ohh i forgot you will also need an invitiation from who ever ur going to visit in England. He did it a year and half ago. All they care about is the application fee anywayz. Just make sure u have the address and phone and things like that for who ever ur going to visit.
