Cabdallah, good job for the garowe folks but common... most educated city in Somalia? Perhaps in Puntland but certainly not in the whole of Somalia... Don't even know if will qualify in the top 5.

theres only 70.000 people living there and so many educational institutions, per capita it must be the highest of somalia...

Most Somali cities don't even have functioning Elementary School's, only a few have functioning Secondary/High School's, but almost every tuulo has (or is in the process of building) a "University". I wouldn't go as far as claiming that Garowe is "the most educated city in Somalia", but I don't think that there are 5 or more cities that top it.
