Thats not true. The fasting is effective because it makes you more concious of Ilahay, laakin as far as the lack of food decreasing your kacsi thats not true at all. Infact it makes it worse for me.

This is a serious issue. The brothers need to get married quick. To protect themselves from fitnah. That is why the prophet said marriage completes half your religion. Its sad to see Somalis holding marriage off instead of making it a top priority. I planned to get married very soon inshallah. You can't leave in this country without having a wife or Husband. Too much fitnah.
