I am asking a question about racial slurs I encountered today inside my class.

Is it healthy in a learning environment to make fun of people living on the margins of society? That is what my Economist instructor did today and I could not say a word since I am not from here (America) and was overwhelmed by the # of whites in the classroom.

It is true that discriminating others are perpetuated by deliberate government policy and widespread social and institutional practice

What did your econ teacher say? Seems like what you said is not a matter of personal opinion as opposed to matter of law.
