Thats cheap. An empty piece of land in Towfiiq-Xamar was sold for 100,000 USD

^^ Land in Xamar is so expensive. My father refused a $150000 for some land in Heliwa aka Hurwa. This was During UIC when a lot of ppl bought land and houses.

Those hotels most be worth at least 500k I guess

That land I was talking about was bought around that time too. The best investment is to but empty land in a commercial neighborhood and then sell it off few years later at almost double the price.

hotel ambassador is owned by two guys who stole money from the uni. i heard they are both in prison now. anyway they stole around 3 million usd. the hotel costs around 3 million dollars.
