Because they offered a safe-haven to his defeated uncle Qeybdiid, after he got his ass handed to him by Sh. Shariif.

Aw was against Gardheere who victimized his Sacad clan and gave their weapons to Ceyr and Ogaden Milita. They also chased Qaybdiid from Moqdisho all the way to puntland. Its commons sense that he supported his Walaalah Mudug policy lool

To be fair, No insane warlord would have won against Shiekh shariif. It was Muslim vs sacad

FAH,
The TFG failed to exist the minute that AFbiijo got rid off all the other groups in it:
1. Illegal Removal against the Speaker of the Parliament Sharif Sheik Xasan.
2. Defying the Somali parliament's motion AGAINST Troops from Neighboring countries.
3. The Removal of the TFG-Xamar from the Parliament and Cabinet
After those actions, the TFG failed to exist as it became a FACTION of Abdullahi Yusuf.
With no TFG-Xamar & Sharif Sheik Xasan & his band of MPs, it lacked credibility

Koronto:
U know I was an active Supporter of the Isbaheysiga La Dagalanka Argaxisida because I saw what the looney UIC was going to get us into.
Its unfortunate that the masses did not see the danger that the Isbaheysiga was warning about.
RIP Isbaheysiga La Dagalanka Argaxisida
Shirib,
He was never supported or loved by Abdullahi Yusuf who had wanted his crony Sheik Aden Madobe (a fellow Ethiopian backed ally) to win the Round of Elections in Nairobi. The Ethiopians did not want Sharif Sheik Xasan and his election was a slap to them.
SahanGalbeed,
Thanks saxiib. Hawiye are the worst tool when you get the likes of FAH. There are days I wonder why I care about them but like a good parent it is my duty to look after the "children" even if they become wayward.

You're reminding me of the good old days, when the UIC was doing major clean-up in Mogadishu. It was quite entertaining to see all the big dogs who kept Mogadishu hostage for 16 years getting chased around by a bunch of Gardheeres. PRICELESS memories!
AW,
What "Isbaheysi"? The same motherfockers who were using Dayniile airport to ship off poor Somali wadaado to American secret detention centers? The same as.sholes who turned the Masjids in to shitting holes for their Mooryaan and got rich from their Isbaaroos? This is when I start to question your sanity, walahi.

The United States government was unable to restrain Hawiye killers, how was it possible for an oil sales man "Ahmed" thief and Hassan "I use to be a prison guard" Aweys, able to stop those mooryans?
Because they all are from the same stock.

No, I question your illogical thinking. Did you really believe that the UIC were going to sweep the nation and rule as they wished ?
A contract was put out on these guys. I would rather have Qeybdiid, Yalaxow, Qanyare, & co. taking it and cleaning them up than the Armies of Meles Zenawi.
Life was much better under the Warlords & Afbiijo was in a lil box somewhere in Jowhar being tortured by Maxamed DHere.
Hawiye lost big time with the UIC.
