Nah! I think they building that African cable thing, remember the intercontinental cable that will go from Tanzania to Djibout -it will go through Somali sea!
I don't know, but that is what I thought ---but who cares, Somalis are starving themselves, and dying from their resources -atleast let the other ppl have it.

Wats the point of these resources if they aren't being used? If somalis aren't using them then why can't others use it?

Re: while we are busy with each other...........
war I dont give a fuk about qabiil man, my concern lies with what's happening right now.....somalia is being robbed naked, I may not like the people but the land needs love and what better love then to voice againt injustice, xaraam and munaafiq actions while her fruits are saying that dont give a shid.

It's quit simple wallahi if you care about your country and it's resources just support your newly found Dawlad at every cause and make sure it Exceeds cause if this Dawlad becomes Successfull we will all exceed at the end.
His excellency former Prime Minister Abdirisak Hija Hussein once said a weak and corrupt Government is better than no Government at all.
With any sort of Government comes peace. With Peace comes education and devolpment and so on. Just look at Puntland iyo Somaliland and what they have achieved over the years.

Advocator,
Why are you getting so worked up, even if all these things are happening in front of our eyes, it's not like one person can change anything. The problem we Somalis have is everybody cares about themselves. people aren't as connected the same way years ago. Alot of people, especially the young generation, including myself don't know much about Somalia. We have been taught the American History, British and etc... but never the Somalian history...I don't even know what these resources are that your referring to? am sure alot of people would like to know. So how do you expect "us" the younger generation to know this or even do something about it?

Advo,
Give up.
So what if the Yemenis and Kenyatti are stealing Somali oil? 20 years from now, oil will be useless and we won't have the capability, or even a government or private investors, to drill that oil. What can we do and how will the oil benefit us? It will just sit underground until it becomes useless. Its best that somebody enjoy it. Let a Kenyan feed his family on this oil if it is worth nothing to a Somali for it to just stay there on his land. Its the truth.
And plus, we could never defend our land in this current state of starvation, especially with the Defense Pact of Joint Kenya and Ethiopia's Forces:
http://countrystudies.us/somalia/16.htm
"Ethiopia and Kenya concluded a mutual defense pact in 1964 in response to what both countries perceived as a continuing threat from Somalia. This pact was renewed in 1980 and again on August 28, 1987, calling for the coordination of the armed forces of both states in the event of an attack by Somalia. Most OAU members were alienated by Somali irredentism and feared that if Somalia were successful in detaching the Somali-populated portions of Kenya and Ethiopia, the example might inspire their own restive minorities divided by frontiers imposed during the colonial period. In addition, in making its irredentist claims, the Somalis had challenged two of Africa's leading elder statesmen, President Jomo Kenyatta of Kenya and Emperor Haile Selassie of Ethiopia."
Give up.

Re: while we are busy with each other...........
Never will I turn off the torch of HOPE.............It pains me to see such attitude from u incompetant youths, Whether u dye ur hair blonde or put on a tight jeans, Ur arse will still be Somali and it's ur fuking duty to care, I disagree one person CAN make a difference, maybe not man power, but I am on the right path when I see people who I thought had common sense create topics like "fuk somalia"; "somalia is doomed for ever" etc....my blood boils and I am even more motivated. btw....it will take more then 30 years for oil to become useless, matter fact it will be ondemand 50 more times then the need of today.
