We all go through trials and tribulations so there's no such thing as the 'perfect' life in dunya, we all have to strive to become better muslims and Allah(swt) test those that he loves and 'After hardship will always come ease' So all in all I think you are wealthy and leading a good life if you've got your health, you faith, a roof over your head and food on the table.

Thats the good life....alhamdulila
