did the eelays stopped their well known behavior and stereotype as beggers???
or they still practice it

some have stopped but according my people in somalia, a lot of them still beg in the streets without a shame. it is more of a culture than a necessity. an eelay person will beg while he has enough to feed his children and wife for a year.
