Moving The Somali Capitol.....

Xamar has been trashed for the last 18 years and not only that but it is a clan city to boot. The time has come time to move the capitol. What are the best canidates? Keep in mind location and the clan diversity of the city, and the ability of that city to accomodate a Gov. So far I can only think of two canidates:


Galkacyo
Baydhabo

Concerns? Galkacyo has grown exponentially and has some clan diversity but it still dominated by Majerten. Baydhabo has shown their willingness to host a Gov in the past but does it have the capacity to host a Gov?

Where would a good new capitol location be?

Emperior,

Kismayo is nice but its on the Southern tip of the Country. Its good for the capitol to be in a central location. Other then that the city has good diversity and can support a Gov but I think its better that it remains a Government commercial city.

kismayo is near the keniyan border but banadir wa xeeb it would be nice if kismayo was a capital becous tribes live there
