Child Birth
Two questions:
When your wife (for Koronto and AbdiWahab it will be girlfriend or one night stand woman) is due to give birth to your child in hospital are you planning on actually being there with her in person while she delivers?
Imagine those in Somalia who live in huts, the woman gives birth to her child inside the huts and the only people present are the females, family and nurse or so. The husband is usually not present in these circumstances
Therefore the second question is how somaalida go about this issue, do our men make sure they're present during this painfull experience?
I for one can not imagine myself being present during these difficult times, watching her in pain and there's nothing you can do about it. 2 night ago for instance, i found a dead rodent in my house so i grabbed a stick and tapped it just to make sure it was dead.
Even though the stick was a long metal bar, upon touching it i could feel the bar shivering up my hand and dropped it, so i would be pretty useless in the delivery room.
Besides, when women give birth they tend to fart sometimes due to the imense force of pressure they use, dont you think this is embaressing for the wife and she doesn't prefer you to witness this?
Girls can reply aswell, especially to the last comment.

First of all, u know what is my biggest concern?? Its not the excruciating, long hours overwhelming pain that wife is going through child labor. Or it is not even the minucule point of farting in the processes, i mean seriously-- being embarrased of farting is the LAST thing in her head when she in child labor. Her major concern at that point is to stay alive, amidst the overdose of epidural that is. But my chielf concern is, dear Cali_Gaab-- WHY the hell r u a father to be?? U r NOT FIT to be a father nor a husband! Alaaa biology waa something qasaaro! How many idiots and hooligans have babies in this world that they really have NO ABSOLUTE business having any! loool Very sad! loooool

You were there when the child conceived with pleasure so u will be there when he or she is coming and the first person he will see it will be you.
You have to be there for ur wife si aad oo ogaatid waxa dhibaato ka soo gaadhey ilmahaa dhaliystiisa...and help here with everything after the child bearth. Many somali men dont realize the only times their wives need them the most is during the pregnancy and after the child bearth.
Marka nimano naagahiina caawiya oo umasha ka saara meshan soomaaliya maahe.Your wife depends on you only so dont dispoint her and ur unborn child.

There issnt anything that a man can do anyways to ease the child birth experience.. being present with her doesn't lower the pain.
The only thing that a woman can ask 4in a husband is 2b a good father.
