You need to eat more portions of food if that is the case. Eat healthy i.e cooked meals and not chocolate and anything full of sugar.

I watched a programme about the world worst case of anorexia in France and it was not nice. She had so many illness and was so young you wont believe!

It is unhealthy to think of worldy attributes of the human body. As long as you are physically health, you are fine. Avoid watching too many TV shows.

Leila she wants to gain weight not loose weight, adna waxaad leedahay chocolate isa dhaaf lol, hope you don't study to become a neutrisionist.

Sexy, you need to eat every 2 or 3 hours, it doesnt have to be full meals such as chocolates, crisps and soda/fizzy drinks.

During the day eat pasta's, about 1 or 2 burgers and sandwiches with peanut butter.
These type of foods take a while to disolve or whatever you want to call it and within 3 weeks you've gained a size or 2.

About 3 years ago i went from waist size 32 to 38 in less than 2 months, i got the stretch marks to prove it.

chocolates, crisps and soda/fizzy drinks are not healthy at all.Ity will make you tired, feel headache....

Eating well cooked meals like baris, hilib, basto iyo muus will do. she just need to eat more. Also sleep alot is another way of gaining weight!

Eat ilaa calooshaadu ay ay qaraxdo!
And eat a lot right before you go to sleep, heavy dinner, or second dinner before you go to sleep.

Eat loads especially at night time, just before you go to sleep..and dip your food in mayo.

Sleep after every big meal like qadada iyo cashada....trust me you will become like an elefant.

Personaly i lost to much wieght lately cus i never have time to rest..when you are stressful and have alot to do and dont have time to sit down after a meal your body burn alot of calories, in that way you never gain up weight just loose it.
