Afro Americans /Black british ppl caribbeans
The whole Nine yard, I had heated discussing with my Caribbean football mate , who's name is well am not gonna say his name he has a Caucasian name a Dutch surname I ask him do you see yourself as a African he said NO iam not a African and I don't want to having anything to do with Africa am in no way shape or form involved into africanism, I burst into laughter and said to him you can't hate the root of tree if you hate Africa you hate yourself and why is your name
***** well he mumbled and said my parents gave me that name I laughed again and said nah fella the white slave masters gave your ancestors that name so why do you carry that name man ? it's clear to me you suffer from a identity crisis Great man like Malcolm X Muhammed Ali Changed their name and know where they came from you should learn from them he was gob smacked and silent like mouse, what really amazes me among afro Americans black British and Caribbeans well the majority they still have their slave surnames now they have the power to change it but they don't ?

true but somalis could recist the colinization.but part of our lost african brothers are beeing kidnapped and enslaved to a foreing country and they lost their african tongue and began to speak english thats why but i tell you most of them know their roots and are proud of it and some of them know even our history better than we do. so waa iska same sxb.cuss colinization took place in east africa the west was not the problem but religion was.thats why negroes look upto ethiopia as their holy land since it couldnt be colinized and both religions live in peace.lakiin somalidu atleast live in africa why cant they find the knowlegde about their history and orgins kuwaa kallee waa understandii kaaraa they can say we felt betrayed thats why some in anger dont recognise them selves as africans but deep in their heart they all know.but when they see a sign like when haille selassie was send by god all africans who were beeing enslaved came out and supported their messiah.waxaa weeyee them and us are beeing still opressed and beeing kept trapped low just say we are still the niggers and they are boss sad but true.
thats why i said no hard feelings to the real cushite somalis in sense of humor lolz.

Re: Afro Americans /Black british ppl caribbeans
The answer is simple s lander boy.
I have never been to africa. Neither have my parents, my grand parents, my great grandparents, my great great parents......................................
The point is many AAs and Caribbeans ancesters have been here for at the least 300 years or so there would be no point in calling ourselves african.
