if Habar Awal don't cease this nonsense then every qabiil can have their little village as a province, Sacad Muuse and Ciise Muuse can't have their own 300km land as 2 provinces and share the rest of hargaysa with the rest of Isaaq, that would make them a strong minority by the simple reason of regionlism. garxajis land is 700% larger then all habar awal and yet no Garxajis is asking for such. But Habar Awal who are confined between Berbera and Gabilay( less then 150km) are asking for the 2nd province...

This is a dangerous formula and Seelaanyo and his Maryo Alool also made the promise of making the small 4(Gabilay, Alla I Biday, Arabsiyo and Daarsalaam) villages less then 30km away from Hargaysa Gabilay distirct a province.

I agree if we look at it from that angel, the Awal will have Majority Hargeisa Province Majroity Saaxil they made up few years ago and this new Gabiley Province they are trying to create.. As you guys can see Mr Riyaale has already aproved their tiny region...

Its not Riyaale issue sxb , Seelaanyo began this issue and Riyaale was presured by non-habar awals not to conced this issue and not accept it, Seelaanyo was trying to upset the clan powers and appease his Sacad Muuse+ Habar Jeclo Maryo Alool alliance and infuriate the Garxajis.

Awdal , Saaxil , Gabiley + Hargeisa to secure the seat.

However if we continue it democracy wise..
Habar Younis will continue being the single largest voting block.

I am Habar Awal, and I also agree this is not a good idea. Gabilay isn't even "Habar Awal" land....it's Jibiir Abokar land mostly....I think this will be a huge mistake, not to mention it's just silly, and any H.Awal person who doesn't agree to that is in denial, and Im not talking about the river....Lol

You are maybe a young man who don't remember the last municiple election , in these elections delegates are allocated to provinces, so all gabilay and Saaxil delgates will go to habar awal giving them unwarranted advantage.

For example all of togheer is giving 22 sets
Saaxil is giving 13
all Hargaysa is giving 33.

no aad Gebilay to that and say another 13 (which will be all habar awal,since no one else lives in Gabilay).

That would produce 13 more sets to Habar awal which will make them the majority in both municiple and parlemtarin elections.

see where is that is going , while Togdheer 22 will be divided between Garxajis and H.J and Dhulos, Sanaag same Daarood, H.J and H.Y, Hargaysa between Arab, Ciidagale and Sacad Muuse.
