Walaal, I think Farodheer are people from Galgaduud or Mudug all the way to Borame...These are not specific clans..They can be Hawiye, Daarood, Isaaq, Dir or Shiikhaal...

it means they r shy/scared...for example when babies cry when other strange people hold them ..people say 'wa qalooneyaan'..

i dont know if its use is confined to people from wuqoyi tho...either that or ur somali is very bad.
