There's alot of questions left unanswered. How do we know the affiliation of the hijackers or even who were the hijackers and how many of them there were. There's no way to know, and the hijackers didn't leave any video messages saying they are Al Qaeda and they did it for such and such reasons. Whether or not Bush did it, they did use it for political gain. Same with the embassy bombings in Kenya and Tanzania.
