What were your grandparents?
What did they do for a living? I think this could be an interesting discussion.
One of grandfathers was in the military man. The other was a seafarer. He traveled to various places in the world during his lifetime. Both of grandmothers were housewives.

Re: What were your grandparents?
One was a miltary man..who died in Ethipia vs Somali war..and his Awowe fought the british Colonialist..and had a great name in Somali history.
The other was a rich man who had multi million(at his time) business..
They both were patriotic in their own way.. 8)
I wish I could achive a 1/4 of what they have.

All my grandparents died very young may Allah (sw) give them a place in Jannah. I was told that both of my grandparents were teachers, one of them taught French and English and the other was Qur'an teacher.

Doqon at one point I was naive enough to think that you still had some brain cells in your head still functioning..
Damn..and you were claiming to be a man(at this point a cuqdad riiden kid and a fool) who knew something about somali history.
How many wars were there between Somalia and Etiopia?? or your memory is limited to that of 1977?? talk about irony..
