I know what you mean that was my inital reaction too. But the overall message is better than that. It adds to the effect I suppose.. makes it real, because Shaydan is REAL.
..Having said that..also the believers should sleep on thier right and we should never sleep on our belly! --Know the reasons?

SubhanAllah.. Its soooo real isnt it? How the shaydan works is incredible! Its little by little and only on little things. Acudubillah minal shaydaani rajeem.

I personally like the other one with the 'girls' .. the shaydan is trying to tempt some brother to look at girls everywhere but he remebers Allah and lowers his gaze! And then the Shaydaan complains at the end.. his too hard to work on. Lool. This makes you realise, this is how it should be!
