Would you snitch in this kind situation?

One of my best friends is working his butt off to collect money so he can marry his sweetheart. I talked to my friend and he told me that the girl is indeed virgin and he never slept with her. Just Yesterday, another friend of mine asked me the key for my apartment, because he had a girl to play with. To may surprise, the girl was non other than my best friends' future wifey. I know the guy very wel and it pains me to see him waste his energy and time on some little biaach who lied to him time and time again..

What should I do?
