Is a Corrupt Government better than no Government?

I think there's no point in having a corrupt government if it leads to civil war. What's the point of repeating the cycle of civil wars brought by a corrupt government?

Corruption and government go hand in hand, what matters is the degree of corruption.

It depends!!!

If you have 18 yrs of chaos, lawlessness, looting, raping..then any form of authority is better than none.

Humans are prone to doing evil things when they have nothing to fear..or consequence of their actions..be it God and/or an authority on this earth.

We aren't talking about corruption on a personal level; that's to be expected in politicians. We are talking about a corruption that leads to civil war.

Your not making sense pal. How can the current government lead somalia into a civil when the country has been in chaos for close to two decades? Be more specific, corruption is part of politics and government, and anyone who expects the TFG to be a perfect government is not being realistic.

You are talking about corruption in politics, management, etc. I'm talking about corruption in the bones of most members of the TFG. They aren't only corrupts, they are also war criminals, warlords, thugs, etc. There's no hope in these people. They are the ones who have been destroying Somalia for the past +15 years, from killing, wounding and raping civilians, to dumping toxic waste into Somalia lands, sea and ocean. This isn't about having a government at any cost, for Somalis have lived without one for more than 15 years. During those +15 years, the worst period Somalis have experienced (still experiencing) is from the start of the invasion/occupation by Ethiopia to the present day. The international community didn't care about Somalia for more than 15 years. The international community didn't mind warlords such as Hiraale, Ali Mahdi, Qaanyare, Morgan, AY, Yalaxoow, Caydiid Jr., Finish and others to rule and ravage Somalia for more than 15 years. The international community only become interested when those warlords were kicked out of Somalia to border of Ethiopia and Baydhabo.

100 people will die anyway. It's better to die with class, though.
