Somalia will remain as one laakin thats probably a good map in 2011. South Sudan will be independent.

Eritrea and Ethiopia is very volatile and Ethiopia could very occupy Asmara.
Somaliland could very well be recognized.
Puntland will never seceede though. The rest of that map covering the middle east and such is very unrealistic.
