he is talking about destroying the country with the best economy, best technology and a very good education. He saying its worthless, its beyond repair -lets abandon it and destroy it!
you know how many times he said lets destroy it, like a hundred times - how psycho can he be? What if he was in Somalia or Africa? looool!
