Xaji, I am not saying that you lied or anything, but everyone knows that the photo is not in Hargeisa -- it just doesn't resemble Somali city structure. Look at how the buildings are so close to each other, that can't be anywhere in Somalia, we like to space things out. And there is a war going on in the background, I can see huge piles of smoke from some kind of bombing. The architecture looks like Lebanon, Palestine, or Syria.
