Am a female. 21. Just graduated doin a psychology degree. Now im on to do a doctorate in educational psychology, which means i will be Dr. .... ... not miss or mrs.. And i will probably inshallah get a nice salary. My mum however is sayin i shud forget about the doctorate and just get a normal job cus i wont find a somali guy cus they'll get intimidated if they see that im over qualified and earn more than them...

True.. there are lots of well educated brothers out there. But thing is.. Not enough.. My category was already limited to - muslim, somali, isaaq, alright looking, nice gentleman and then also educated...

Lots of women regards of nationality or race have big mouths and drama queens but there is plenty of 1s that know how to treat their man. 1 thing i realised some women intentionally go for a bad guy then complain and abuse a miskeen guy later. Thats why some go back home.

Treat each other with respect horta i dont feel threatened by these career woman or house wife in the west as long as she treats me and my kids and parents with respect so caadi iska diga man up to these women handle them innit.

Me, personally I wouldnt get intimidated aslong as she doesnt flaunt it and shid, but hey, I am not issaq, maybe they would prefer u to be a housewife.

2 be honest n str8 fwd, i wudnt mind if she makes more than i do or even have a better or more education as long as she has a gud head on her traps she str8 with me ,, i mean look at it from dis window, if u r married 2 a smart, well educated lets say even has an PHD, strong i wud rather have her as a wife than any other gal because if sumthin happens n i leave dis earth one day i wud leave known dat my kids and family r secured with her.. if a guy gets intimidated by tings like dat, he aint got no right 2 call himself a MAN
