What do you think about Rev Jeremiah Wright?

I have been listening to his speech the other day and the way America puts it out of context!!.. Is Mr. Wright Damaging the image of Presidential hopeful Barack Obama?

Rev Wright talked about how America screw'd up with the world- America is the only country in the world tha has used the atomic bomb and we still find this country to be cool. She has stationed troops on ever corner in the world. She had provoked, unrooted and massacred societies and it wants peace in her soil?... Jeremiah touches sensitive yet true aspects!!.. Does this make him unpatriotic- the very same guy who attended to President Johnson's sickness..

I had high regards for the clintons before this prolonged primary elections and thought they were past petty racism, I was wrong. Former President clinton obviously wants to make his wife's presidency one of his legacies. He is fighting tooth and nail. He wants to stand on the balcony of the white house and laugh at the republicans once more.


The elitist whites of this country can never be satisfied with a noneuropean in general, Jeremiah is the least of their gripe. The battle nowadays is young versus old.

Publicity stunt! He should shut up till Obama knows where he stands in this nominations. No need to finish the brother before his own time! He is making Obama's life and campaign harder than it is already. Having said that I do agree with what he is saying!

I just find that they're using Rev. J as an excuse to bad mouth Obama. The revrend has every right to freedom of speech and he is doing it so in his church. I personally agree with the revrend. Its just american mentality to push everything (that sounds bad about Amereica) under the rug, and Rev. J is airing out America's dirty laundery so to speak.
The reason they're tieing him to Obama I think is because they just want to find somethign wrong with him and have a reason to not make him president. Obviously its a ploy.

He has some very necessary and correct things to say about the Black Church and the actions of the historical American government..

What DO I think of Jeremiah Wright? Well, i think he is the ONLY key to finally unrevelling the OH so careful Mr. Obama. Obama, until recently had managed to remain shockingly illusive, blameless, and disingenuous achieved by a genius stroke of neutralness! Obama has remained mystified, and a little saintified if you will.He seemingly appears to be this classic silly stupid 'Idealist' with all emotion, day dreamings and speech-yet when he is interviewed closely, he comes off as this super intelligent, careful guy.At least, i've analyzed him as such! Meaning that Obama is very capable of 'acting idealistic' and neutral.I mean,circumstances are in his side no doubt, he is half white, half black, therefore--with that comes an inherent, inherited birth right of Mr. Neutralness.Then, there is the factor that his opponentt is a super hated-both by her unapologetic ambition, and her strong annoying female image.All this carter to his advantage and takes focus away from really questioning WHO this black man is?Amidst the crazy, zelous Obama groupy noise, we never really capture the core of this black man! Here is where Jeremiah Wright-comes in; he knew this illusive-oh so speak the right words senator for a long time.He wedded him and his ugly wife, christianed his kids and attended his racially charged sermons for over a decade.Here--we are not faced with his sweet charming skinny angelic face to tell us what he wants us to know, or he is neutral or unracist but we are faced with facts in the manifestation of a Jeremiah Wright! It goes back to the old saying- if u want to know who a person is- look who he/she is haning with! Basically this applies to Mr. Obama, so far he has managed to hide his real intention or ambition, under the flag of 'I am Martin luther skinny light skin cousin" With the explosion of Mr Wright irratic racist outbursts--Obama is no longer in control, and i cherish and glee in the downfall prospect! Yippie!

Rev. Wright is correct on many statements, including HIV/AIDS (everyone knows it is man made to kill non-whites, and when it started happening to their own they were STUNNED).

But in this country there are set rules for individuals on what they should be. Blacks need to entertain, and if they pick up a book...they are doomed!

Personally, i dont think Jerimian is really a racist, but just a typical angry black man. And i dont really think Obama is a racist too, but i do think he is disingenuous and i want that disingenuousness exposed. Also i want him to loose.I rather have an openly disingenuous politician like Hillary in the office than one who is discreetly and cunningly disingenuous.I guess, u can say- i despise hypocrisy! Jeremiah is no dummy either, he has i believe, two master degrees and speak three languages. From his recent interviews i perceived him to be intelligent, angry, egotistic, and tempramental.He is fully aware of the media using him as a puppet, and plays along with media banter cards very well.But u can't help but notice his palpable anger at being distorted or used like that--which begs me a moment to laugh!



On the question of Bill Clinton and the expiration of his 'Honorary blackness' from the black community--well---i laugh at that too! Soon he will be kicked out of his Harlem Office!
