they hit an than run away.and when they run away the ppl are beeing cought up by the crossfire the ethiopians and tfg could see this ppl as the icu and al shabaab so when they shoot the ppl who lay on the ground are all innocent ppl thats not a good strategy of the icu/alshabaab.
