Adeer I will tell how i did it years ago. Walaahi this is my true story.

I was sleep and around 3.30am I had dream, and that dream was about TV commercail talking about the bad thing about smoking. And I woke up immediatly, I felt that wasnt not just a dream but msg from allah. In the morning, I went to my car and threw the lighter and full pack cigarates; since then I cant even stand near a smoker, let alone touching the thing again.

If you live in London you must have heard of Allen Carr right? Anyway check out one of his books 'Easyway to Quit Smoking' and then tell me if you enjoy smoking. He died in November 2007 of Lung Cancer - the guru on quitting smoking. The man was a genius as far as I am concerned.

No one can enjoy smoking, one may think that s/he enjoys it but this is an illusion created by the drug called nicotine. How can one cigarette/fa.g from the same packet have different effects? Like aid relaxation and concentration, relief boredom and stress? Bloody hell those are opposite feelings. How magical is it? No it is not, it is all a trick caused by years and years of brain washing by the media and confirmed/advocated by the drug.

I know this old somali who quit smoking at around 60 after smoking and chewing raw tobacco all his life. So I do believe Tobacco can be quit but I am not sure about alcohol.
