Meanwhile, rumor has been circulating in Washington that Mr. Isaias Afewerki's regime will be placed on State-sponsored terrorism list in June or July this year. But that would also depend if he's in time able to release all the political prisoners before the next Congressional budget. Personally I would welcome it.
