They just built a new grocery store right next to my apartment. no more long trips for grocery shopping. how fockin awesome is that. it will open within this month. 8)

are you talking about the Giant Eagle across the street from Speedway in the new plaza on Steltzer rd? that whole area used to be full of trees all the way to easton. deforestation has it home sxb.

It won't because I signed a 1 year lease and in the lease, it says that my rent will not go up before the lease expires. But the gas station right next to my apartment has the lowest gas prices in the entire city so the opening of this store may actually increase the price of gas at this station. This will definately be bad news for me. Libah, I have been meaning to ask you man. Are you in America or the UK?

btw, couple of nights ago i drove by that speedway and it was $3.61...not cheap.

I know but compared to other locations, it is cheap. I saw a gas station in lewis center selling gas for $3.90 a gal. on Friday.

Anyway aren't you in Seattle/Portland? How were you able to drive by there 3 nights ago?

My first place had a grocers right next to it, a BestBuy and a Barne&noble right down the street, a Wal Mart, A theater,and a mall right down the other direction, Plus it was only a Ten minute drive from campus. The best part was I payed less than $500 a month in rent. To bad I had to move after two years

I was at a community college and transferred to a Uni that was to far away. I got such a great deal because the place was a lot older than all the other complexes around it.
